This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information and your Google Business Profile (GBP) data when you use the Wexnex platform ("Service").

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide directly

• Name, email address, and password when you create an account
• Business name, address, phone number, website, and business category during onboarding
• Billing information (processed securely by Razorpay — we do not store card numbers)
• Communications you send us via email or contact forms

2.2 Data accessed from Google Business Profile (via Google API)

When you connect your Google Business Profile to Wexnex, we access the following data through Google's official Business Profile API, solely for the purpose of managing your profile on your behalf:

• Profile information: Business name, address, phone number, website URL, business hours, business category, business description, attributes, and service area
• Posts: Existing posts on your profile; we create and publish new posts on your behalf
• Reviews: Customer reviews posted on your Google listing; we read reviews and post reply responses on your behalf
• Media: Photos and videos on your profile; we upload new photos on your behalf
• Insights/Analytics: Profile view counts, search query data, direction requests, phone call counts, and website click counts provided by Google
• OAuth tokens: Access tokens and refresh tokens required to maintain authorized access to your GBP on your behalf

2.3 Automatically collected data

• IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
• Pages visited, time spent, and actions taken within the Wexnex dashboard
• Error logs and performance data for debugging purposes

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To provide the Service: Reading your GBP data to run audits, generate AI content, publish posts, reply to reviews, upload photos, and track rankings on your behalf
• To personalize AI content: Using your business name, category, city, and keywords to generate relevant, accurate posts and review replies
• To send you reports and notifications: Monthly performance reports, rank change alerts, and review notifications via email
• To process billing: Managing your subscription and sending invoices
• To improve the Service: Analyzing usage patterns in aggregate (never individual GBP data) to improve our AI models and features
• To comply with legal obligations: Responding to lawful requests from courts or government authorities

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your GBP data to any third party.

We share data only in these limited circumstances:

• Google APIs: We transmit data to and from Google's Business Profile API on your behalf, as authorized by you through OAuth. This is the core mechanism of the Service.
• Anthropic (Claude AI): We send your business context (name, category, city, keywords, review text) to Anthropic's API to generate posts and review replies. No personally identifiable customer data is shared.
• Razorpay: Your billing information is handled by Razorpay under their own privacy policy. We receive only a transaction confirmation.
• Resend (Email): We use Resend to deliver email notifications and reports. Your email address is shared with Resend for this purpose only.
• Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or government authority, we may disclose information as necessary.

5. How We Use Google User Data

Our use of data obtained through Google APIs complies with Google's API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

• We only request Google API scopes that are necessary for the Service to function
• We use Google user data only to provide the Wexnex service to the user who authorized the access
• We do not use Google user data to serve advertising
• We do not sell Google user data
• We do not share Google user data with third parties except as described in Section 4 and as necessary to provide the Service
• We do not use Google user data for any purpose not disclosed in this Privacy Policy
• Human access to Google user data is restricted to situations where it is necessary to provide or improve the Service, and only after obtaining your explicit consent

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted in [India / EU — specify your hosting region]. We implement the following security measures:

• All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher
• Google OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption
• Access to production databases is restricted to authorized personnel only

• We maintain audit logs of all access to your GBP data

7. Data Retention

• Active accounts: We retain your data for as long as your account is active
• Cancelled accounts: We retain your data for 90 days after cancellation to allow account reactivation, after which it is deleted
• Google OAuth tokens: Immediately deleted upon disconnecting your GBP or cancelling your account
• Billing records: Retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax law

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Portability: Request an export of your data in a machine-readable format
• Revoke Google access: Disconnect Wexnex from your Google account at any time via your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions. This immediately stops all automated actions on your GBP.
• Opt-out of emails: Unsubscribe from non-essential emails via the unsubscribe link in any email we send

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may prevent the Service from functioning correctly.

10. Children's Privacy

Wexnex is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us immediately.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email and by displaying a notice in the dashboard at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

1. Definitions

• "Service" — the Wexnex software platform, website, and API integrations
• "User", "you" — any person or entity that creates an account and uses the Service
• "GBP" — Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business)
• "Content" — posts, review replies, photos, and other material created by the AI on your behalf

2. Eligibility

To use Wexnex you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal authority to connect and manage the Google Business Profile you link to Wexnex
• Be the owner or an authorized manager of the business whose GBP you connect
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@wexnex.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account use.

4. Google Business Profile Integration

By connecting your GBP to Wexnex, you:

• Authorize Wexnex to access, read, and modify your GBP data on your behalf using Google's official API
• Confirm that you are the legitimate owner or authorized manager of the connected GBP
• Agree that Wexnex may publish posts, reply to reviews, upload photos, and update profile information as part of the Service
• Acknowledge that you remain fully responsible for all content published to your GBP, including AI-generated content
• Understand that you can revoke Wexnex's access at any time through your Google Account settings

You must comply with Google's Business Profile policies at all times. Wexnex is not responsible for any actions taken by Google against your profile, including suspension, if you violate Google's policies.

5. AI-Generated Content

Wexnex uses artificial intelligence to generate posts, review replies, and other content on your behalf. You acknowledge:

• AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate material
• You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published (if using approval mode)
• Wexnex is not liable for any consequences arising from AI-generated content published to your GBP
• You may edit or delete any AI-generated content at any time through the dashboard

6. Subscription and Billing

6.1 Plans and pricing

Wexnex is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Pricing is displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6.2 Free trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to the selected plan. No credit card is required to start a trial. After 14 days, you will be asked to enter payment information to continue.

6.3 Billing cycle

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. The first payment is charged at the end of your free trial. Subsequent payments are charged on the same date each month.

6.4 Refund policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are unsatisfied within 7 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable. Unused days in a billing period are not refunded upon cancellation.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Wexnex to:

• Publish false, misleading, or deceptive content on any Google Business Profile
• Manage GBP listings that you do not own or have explicit written permission to manage
• Generate or publish spam, duplicate content across multiple profiles, or content that violates Google's policies
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Wexnex platform
• Circumvent any rate limits, security measures, or usage restrictions
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose under Indian law or the laws applicable in your jurisdiction

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

The Wexnex platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and underlying technology, is owned by YAWA DIGITAL and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

AI-generated content created for your business (posts, review replies) belongs to you. You grant Wexnex a limited license to transmit this content to Google on your behalf as part of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wexnex shall not be liable for:

• Loss of revenue, profits, or customers resulting from changes in your Google ranking
• Google suspending or removing your Business Profile for any reason
• Inaccuracies in AI-generated content published to your profile
• Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss due to technical issues
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimers

Wexnex does not guarantee specific ranking improvements or increased customer traffic. Local search rankings depend on many factors outside our control, including Google's algorithm, competition, and your business's physical presence and reputation.

Wexnex is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Google LLC.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or illegal activity. Upon termination, your GBP data will be deleted from our systems within 90 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Wexnex regarding the Service.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide 14 days' notice of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
