Purpose of access
Wexnex, operated by YAWA DIGITAL, helps authorized business owners and managers manage their Google Business Profile from one dashboard. The service may read profile details, prepare posts, upload approved media, help reply to reviews, and show reporting based on data returned by the official Google Business Profile APIs.

Data we access
- Business profile information such as name, category, address, service area, hours, website, phone number, description, attributes, and photos.
- Review data needed to show reviews and help the user draft or publish authorized replies.
- Post and media data needed to create, schedule, validate, publish, or remove user-approved content.
- Performance and insight data returned by Google APIs, where available, for reporting to the authorized user.
- OAuth access and refresh tokens needed to maintain the user's authorized connection.
How we use Google user data
- We use Google user data only to provide Wexnex features to the user or organization that authorized access.
- We do not sell Google user data.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising.
- We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI or machine learning models.
- We request only the permissions needed for Business Profile management features.
Storage, security, and deletion
OAuth tokens are stored server-side and encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to systems and authorized personnel who need it to operate or secure the service.
Users can revoke access any time from their Google Account permissions page at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Users can also request account deletion by emailing privacy@wexnex.com. After disconnection, automated actions stop and OAuth tokens are deleted.
